Seeking after school care for Middle school aged twins

We live in East Bridgewater and need help for the next couple of months on Mondays. The twins are 12 years old.
Pick up the twins from school, help with after school snacks and take my son to sports practices.

Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
