I have 3 kids but 1 is in school all day. 2 remain home. We have 2 dogs and a bunch of fish tanks.
Mother’s helper/teammate. I’d love to be able to have an extra set of hands so I can get more done during the day and once in a while take a break. I’m thinking tag team approach- entertain one or both while I get stuff done and vise versa. Pay remains the same regardless of the daily task. I need flexibility in the work & able to take care of the house, kids, dogs- but I’ll be home and doing it with you. Maybe one day it’s an older toddler fun day and the next it’s helping with laundry.
The schedule is super flexible. M,T,Th. Prefer morning help when both kids are most active.
