We are a family of four- I'm a full time psychologist and my husband is a scientist in the Air Force. We focus on using the Montessori philosophy when teaching our kiddos and encourage exploration for them. The boys (ages 1.5 and 4) are rambunctious and lively/imaginative. We try to feed that as much as possible.

The school they both attend has many long breaks interspersed in the year and I am looking for someone who might be able to watch the kiddos so my husband and I aren't taking off weeks at a time for every holiday or break they have.

The schedule is mostly open, so I'll share what the weekend looks like (we mimic that on breaks). On weekends, they wake up whenever and have breakfast when they are ready. Lunch is between 11 and 12; the youngest kiddo is still doing naptime, which starts shortly after lunch (start 11:30 or 12). All open time is free play.
