Hello, I have a 3 month old. My mom helps with my baby she works 1st shift and I work 3rd shift and of course baby is up when he wants to be and goes to sleep when he wants. His sleep schedule doesn’t align with either one of our shifts. I have to sleep my self before being up all night for work and mom has to get sleep her self before work in the morning. So looking for a sitter so I can continue working night shift.
Taking care of baby at night time and able to be up with him, and feedings when he wakes up through the night.
