I’m a single mother of two amazing children. My daughter is 2 and my son is 3. They unfortunately recently lost their father, and I don’t have any help locally, so I’m in need of someone’s help starting ASAP. I am looking for a part time/occasional sitter that has a somewhat flexible schedule so that I’m mainly able to attend appointments during the week and possibly an occasional weekend day.
I’d like the sitter with CPR and First Aid certifications. Since I don’t have a lot of help with them myself, I’d prefer to limit TV and instead have them stay engaged in activities such as arts and crafts as well as help the kids get fresh air and exercise outdoors. I also need someone who can cook light meals. I’m not expecting a chef, just someone who can help cook and feed them meals if necessary.
I’m located in the Warrington area of Pensacola, near Navy Blvd and US Hwy 98. I’m open to my children being watched in my home, however, I’m open to them being watched in the sitter’s home as well. I’m looking for roughly 10-15 hours with flexibility on mine and your behalf as well. I’m hoping to find the right sitter with the right heart posture that has compassion and understanding for children.
