Meet the Von Kaams!
Our story began in 2020 when Brian and I (Tess) met, dated and fell in love. We were married October 2021, bought our first home and found out we were pregnant summer of 2022! Our amazing and joyful daughter Sage was born March 17, 2023! We live a crazy/fun life with our 3 cats: Neal, Ollie and Ruben.

Sage lives on a structured schedule. Tasks during a shift would include:
Changing diapers
Feeding
Playing
Getting ready for a nap
Cleaning up after Sage

I do not have expectations that extend beyond Sage.

I am a Postpartum Doula doing night shifts at first. I will usually come home between 6-7am and sleep until Sage wakes from her afternoon nap. My husband may be home working while you’re with Sage.

Typical schedule:

8:30 wake up
8:45 breakfast
11:30 big snack
12:00-3:00 nap
3:15 lunch
6:30 dinner
7:00 bath
7:15/30 bed
