Part-time sitter for two energetic boys, ages 5 and 2.5

Hi, we have two wonderful boys, ages 5 and 2.5. They have lots of energy and love to chat.
We just need a sitter to watch our kids for 2 to 3 hours every once in a while, so that we have a chance to run errands, go to the gym, or just have a date night.
We're mainly looking for Wednesday evenings, maybe Friday evenings. There might the odd weekday or weekend afternoon as well.
