Bainbridge Nanny Or Nanny Share

We recently moved and are looking for childcare for our 2. 5 and 5 yr old. The 5-year-old will be attending camps when possible this summer, and will be going to kindergarten in the fall. Both boys were previously in a Spanish daycare. The 2. 5 yr old is currently on waitlist for daycare on the island but we're assuming it will be a while before there is an opening. We're looking for childcare 5 days a week while we work, sometimes remotely sometimes in the city. We would like to starting with morning help and likely to evolve into a full day. Our boys are happiest when they are outside and/or interacting with other kids, we would not opposed to a nanny share.
