My wife and I just had our first child on 2/10/24 and my wife has leave until the start of June. We will be looking for a caregiver to start in June who can help care for our daughter while my wife is working from home. We have two dogs in our home as well but the expectation would just be that they are let in/out throughout the day. We are on a couple waitlists for daycare but if the nanny services work out well we would consider keeping it full time.
