Nanny/Reoccurring Sitter Needed For 1 Year Old

We are looking for a great nanny/reoccurring babysitter (as needed) for our daughter. Right now, our 1-year-old daughter stays with my parents in Texas City during the week but would like to offer them more flexibility as needed - and they like to travel often. :) We are expecting our baby boy in June, so will eventually be two children. We would prefer a someone who has their own car/reliable transportation, who does not smoke (required), who is comfortable with pets, can pass a drug screen, no criminal history, and is CPR certified.
