We will be needing a nanny when I go back to work after maternity leave. I'm due April and will likely go back to work in July. I work 12 hour shifts , currently 7:00pm-7:00am, but am possibly moving to dayshift (7:00am-7:00pm) based off of childcare needs. I will need a nanny 3 days a week.
