Our son who is on the Autism Spectrum High functioning, has been working with our sitter doing 1-2 hrs of directed study some chores around the house and then an outing (zoo, aquarium, museums. etc. We are looking for someone to replace our current care provider who is willing to provide any transitional info to the right person. Expenses for outing are covered. Requirements- Understanding of special needs, comfortable 17-year-old boy who is learning life skills, Comfortable redirecting behaviors if they arise. (which is rarely) Main purpose is to maintain academic levels, learn life skills and have fun. Will pay up to $20 based on experience.
