We are expecting our first child at the end of January. I am a physician and my husband is an air traffic controller. We both have varying schedules, I especially, and will be looking for a nanny to likely start off part-time and eventually full time once we are back to our normal hours. Part time hours would be to start to get to know us and our child and help my husband as he is the caregiver when I go back to work full-time, likely once or twice a week. Full time hours would likely be Mon-Wed 12pm-6 p.m. with end time varied based on my schedule. We may also need occasional weekend help due to my call shifts. We also have a 2-year-old Australian Shepherd who will need occasional walks.
