My grandson is very talkative and has dyslexia, so it has to be someone that has a lot of patience for a very active 8-year-old. He loves to do science projects and draw. He will need to be picked up from aftercare in school then the caretaker needs to prepare his meal, clean up kitchen, make sure he showers do homework and read with him then put him to bed also playtime maybe in the park or backyard.
