New mom looking for in-home care once I go back to work. Baby due in January, would go back full time in April. Will start by working from home while childcare is here but may need to go into office every once in a while. We do have a dog so would need to enjoy spending time with pets. Ideally would find a person that likes to spend time outside, has knowledge of baby milestones, and wants to not only care for the baby but also help the baby grow and learn.
