My daughter has anxiety and adhd/sensory issues and some behavioral problems in large childcare settings with lots of kids. She does Girl Scouts and karate. I work hybrid remotely so the person caring for her would mostly be for school pick ups, activities, homework help and stuff while I work and can not entertain after school and on school vacations and summer. She needs structure and rules and someone who is willing to take time to explain things to her and redirect. She loves being outside, playgrounds, board games and coloring and activities just work makes it so I cannot always participate.
