Babysitter Needed For 3 Children

About the job

We are looking for an active babysitter for our 3 children for the summer. The position has the potential of continuing after summer break as we homeschool. We need to rely on you 2-3 times a week for 4-6 hours but we are flexible on which days we set up recurring; 1 day y'all stay at home, 1 day y'all let me have quiet home. We encourage self reliance, inquisitiveness, listening to your body, being respectful but also setting your own boundaries and play based learning. We don't set screen time limits bc we all have moments where we need to disconnect but on the same hand that is rarely something any of us choose. Light housework and making kids snacks are expected.
