Full Time Long Term (Minimum 1 Year Commitment) Special Needs Professional Nanny For Autistic Child

We are seeking an experienced long term (minimum 1 year commitment) live-out special needs professional nanny to care for our 21-month-old Autistic son. Duties include feeding, diapering, occasional meal prep, taking him to therapy appointments, engaging with him throughout the day, taking him to do outdoor activities, plan indoor activities that encourage his development, implementing techniques that are recommended by therapists. Therapists will also be coming to the house to provide service and educate caregiver. Pay rate is $27/hr for full time but is negotiable based on experience. Benefits include 48 hours of paid holidays, 80 hours paid time off.
