Flexible Care For 2 Kids (8 Months And 4 Years)

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children. Our son is 4 years old, and our daughter is 8 months. Mom works outside of the home, and Dad works part time from home. We have a cat and dog and would prefer a nanny who is comfortable with pets. We are looking for someone to watch the kids in our house. Dad would be mostly working from home, and available to help as needed. We had a great nanny/sitter for over 3 years who became like a family member! She moved away, and we are looking for our new go-to sitter.
