Wed love a nanny that enjoys doing fun activities outside and inside. Our daughter loves to help and wants to consistently learn. She loves being active, coloring, dressing up and playing with her dolls. We love Montessori learning and would love to have our nanny implement similar learning styles. We would expect our nanny to make breakfast and lunch for the kids but also pick up toys/dishes during naptime. Both my husband and I work from home. Having an extra hand to take our kids to the park, walks, and other activities would be our goal!
