Live In Nanny Or Live Out Nanny Salary Based Needed For My Children

We are looking for a great nanny for my children. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help. We would prefer a babysitter who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree or is working towards their degree. Estimated start date would be end of April. By August there will be two babies, one 5 days per week and the second one 2 days per week with pick ups and drop offs . More details given in the interview. We would pay a monthly salary with room & board. 1 year agreement with 5% increase per year after that. We would provide a car for pick ups and drop offs
