Reoccurring On Call, Nanny Or Babysitter

Looking for a reoccurring on-call, nanny, or babysitter. I have an on call job with Amtrak right now I'm only working a few times a month. Right now I get called into work about every other week the times vary and sometimes maybe an overnight. I can be at work from anywhere between 8 to 16 hours. I need a nanny because daycares arnt open at the times I get called in the morning. Mornings would start at 5 a.m. I really need the help my current nanny is moving out of state. My daughter is almost 3 very happy and playful. She loves to color, read and play at the park across the street. I understand that it's not a lot of time working which is why I'm willing to pay 20 dollars an hour.
