My child care experience has grown over the years. I’ve worked with children all variety of ages. I’ve learned that children are little humans you have to respect as any other human. Children are just in need of more guidance and caring. I like to have children step out the box, expand their vocabulary, and pursue a sport they always wanted to do. I love encouraging kids to get out there comfort zone. I always try to create a bound. Show them that I’m here as there guardian while parents are working. But I’m also there to race them to the end the block.
