Hello!
my name is alisyn guttilla. I am 21-years-old and living in bay ridge brooklyn, right by the r train.
i went to st francis college majoring in special education for elementary school children, and during that time gained a 2-year internship observing and teaching lessons at ps53 in staten island for kids k-5(i tutored as well).
i nannied long-term for a family with a child around the age of 2-3 1/2
i have led reading groups and did art therapy for children in the pediatric unit of the hospital (i did that with the older kids, as I was also in charge of the newborns-toddlers changing diapers, keeping them happy, etc.)
i love working with kids, building a trusting and caring relationship and even friendship.
I’m very patient, upbeat and experienced.
i like to have trust between myself and the child/children and gain their respect as they gain respect for me.
i want a long-term job and to make the family feel happy and safe.
