Growing up I was the oldest of 5, and I’ve been caring for my younger siblings as long as I can remember, with my mom being a full time student, working a part time job and my dad working full time I had to step up. By the time I was 13 I started watching kids all around the neighborhood and by the time I was 15 I was running a small at home after school/ weekend daycare. By my senior year I got CPR certified and did basic training on how to care for children with certain learning disabilities. I now have a child of my own, a beautiful 1 year old baby boy, and I work for a cleaning company, however I’m not happy with my job and want to start babysitting full time again because nothing makes me happier then a few happy kids and happy parents. I have no problem with helping with household chores or making meals for families. Also I do have a licence and will be getting a car as soon as income tax comes in, and transportation will not be a problem.
