My name is Lauryn and I have a three year old daughter at home with me. I began working with her and educating her at a young age, and at her 18 month visit her pediatrician confirmed she was extremely advanced with the brain capacity of a 3 year old. I want to extend her education to other families and give other children the opportunity to be equally as smart. After being involved with a state wide preschool and seeing how poor their practices and standards are, I chose to resign from my position at the preschool, I withdrew my daughter from their care, and I am opening a small care and educational center from my own home. I offer my services for children ages 4 months through 6 years of age, and am implementing a 3 child maximum at this time. I am both CPR and First Aid certified, and my next certification goals include but are not limited to my Child Development Associate’s and my Early Childhood Education Bachelor’s.
