Description

I love working with children and having the opportunity to learn and grow with them. I currently work as a substitute teacher in FCCS and my first ever job was at a daycare, where I had many skills needed in the childcare industry. I worked as a floater and was able to work in almost every classroom that ranged from infants to preschoolers. Thankfully, I had the opportunity to learn and grow with all kinds of personalities and thrive in different types of environments. One of those qualities is the ability to multitask and develop critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment, while also keeping everyone safe and happy. After working there a couple of months, I worked for a nannying/baby nurse agency that I loved to work for. I truly had an amazing boss who was readily available to help and was overall great, and the family was also great. I had the pleasure of working as an infant nurse/caregiver and was able to care for two lovely little girls. One was a 5-month-old infant and her 5-year-old sister. I also had the responsibility of assisting their mother in the house with light duties. I helped with light cleaning and meal prep and did light chores in the house as well. Overall it was a very lovely experience and I learned a lot from these individuals. Overall, I believe I would be a great fit due to my experience and my eagerness and willingness to learn more and grow.
