I go by the name Mahlogonolo, but to make it simple, please call me Nolo. I was born and raised in South Africa, Currently Based in California, USA. In the year 2017 completed my BA in Film Studies with a double major in TV/Film producing and directing in South Africa. Beginning of 2018 I then embarked on being an online tutor, teaching English online to Asian children from the ages of 5 years old and sometimes Adults to better their English skills.

Then beginning of 2019, I decided to move to the United States of America to do something different and learn more about the world we live in. For two and a half years I was a live-in Au pair in America, learning about the American culture in exchange teaching things about South African culture too. During covid, I was supervising my host kids on their online educational learning, while planning extra curriculum activities and organizing and supervising playdates.

In total, I have 9 years of experience in childcare service/servicing (reference available). I am now nannying because I want to save up for my MBA. My passion for taking care and being there for children started back in the days when I had to help with my nieces as an aunt. I then did a lot of babysitting back in college. It brings me so much joy to see myself nurturing these curious young minds, through every tantrum, fantasy play, art, physical movement and etc… I love just seeing myself learning and discovering all different kinds of perceptions of things from these little dreamers. In conclusion, I am an easy person to be around, and I am pretty good at adapting even in uncomfortable environments. I love art and being out and about exploring the outdoors.
