I have been caring for children off and on for over 14 years and I am a single mother with one sweet 4 1/2-year-old boy.
i am first aid trained and cpr certified (current).
i am a waldorf teacher in training and follow the waldorf philosophies when caring for little ones by boosting confidence, inspiring imaginative play, encouraging positive behavior and the importance of self care and kindness towards self and others.
i have experience with nutrition, cooking, food sensitivities and allergies.

i can do nature hikes, zoo trips, quail botanical garden, ( I hold a year pass) games, puppet shows, story telling, homework assistance, academic lessons in a fashion that helps each child if requested, and anything the family feels the child would enjoy or need.
i enforce consistency with routines, rules, safety, security and boundaries with gentle and firm guidance. it is my responsibility as a teacher and caregiver to ensure the children understand what the boundaries are in a loving and firm manner.
i love pets and have been caring for dogs, cats, horses and other critters all my life. I am also looking to find clients who are open to my son being with me some of the time while I care for their children as he will be starting in a waldorf kindergarten full time soon.
