Description
My career in Early Childhood Education spans more than 3 decades, working with private families, in the child care and development field as a teacher, site manager, program supervisor and county child care coordinator. My passion is to support families with children under the age of 5 years old (and have experience up to age 12). My specialty is working with infants and toddlers ages 0-3.
These are the crucial years where supportive adults are needed to foster emotional regulation, intellectual development and a sense of self and connection with others.
Recently I have had the privilege of supporting several families, with one main family for the past 4. 5 years. With this family I have supported them through moves from one city to another, as well as the growth of their family from 1 child to 2.
I also have experience working with twin infants and regulating schedules, feeding, naps and interactive times to meet the families needs.
