Children are shaped into their individual adult selves by the influences that come into their lives throughout the years. I began babysitting and nannying for that reason, to help kids find their inner voice and what strengths are unique to them, as well as to help families by providing support in any way possible. it’s a tough world and we need to be there for each other!

with 2 years of experience as a part time babysitter and 3 as a full time nanny for children ranging from ages 3-14, childcare comes easy to me. I have learned how to read between the lines when temper tantrums are pulled and attitudes flare, knowing that there is an underlying reason to a child’s behavior and how to positively counter it. in addition, I am the eldest of 5 and have helped my mother raise each of my siblings, including our new twins, which has provided me with infant care experience.

my methods include discipline as well as finding the fun and adventure in everything we do (think mary poppins style!). clean up parties, story-time, play-time, turning boxes into cars/tvs/etc, homework help and coloring all fall under my expertise. other skills include cpr certification, driving, cooking, baking, appointment setting, and so on.

all my love is put into my work with children, I believe in giving the attention a child needs to learn life lessons and know that I will never stop learning from them myself. certainly an individual who will put a personal investment into the needs of you and your family.
