I’m arianna, an 18 year old bilingual second year college student studying liberal arts from bayside, queens. I am responsible, ambitious, kind, understanding and I have a passion for childcare along with being proficient in spanish and english. growing up in a large family, I have acquired the necessary skills to profoundly care for children. i’ve also babysat for many families with children ages 2 months-13 years of age. I have a great deal of experience with children that does not just end in babysitting. I volunteered with an elementary school program called ‘reading partners’to help children with literacy. I sat with a frustrated 6 year boy who felt incapable of reading or comprehending for the whole school year and watched him grow into an amazing reader/ writer. as well as that, I also traveled to peru with an organization called cross cultural solutions where I volunteered in a run- down day care with underprivileged toddlers and young children, helping take care of them, playing with them along with giving them moral and emotional support. I adore children, watching them grow and reach their full potentials and I love seeing parents happy!
