hello! my name is lauren. I am a 19-year-old student attending gvsu! I will be a sophomore in the fall of 2014! I am currently studying social work. babysitting/nanny work has been my main job since I was 13, so a total of about six years! I was certified in basic babysitter’s training, cpr, and first aid through the american red cross. I have experience with all ages. I am also an intern at my church, so supervising and mentoring children is something I do a lot of. I love to take kids (with permission) to fun places, and I enjoy being very active with them! I have experience taking children swimming and supervising other outdoor activities. I enjoy sports, arts and crafts, music, you name it. I choose to work in child care because I love being able to be a little kid again and make sure kids are able to have safe fun while their parents are away. I am pet friendly, and have a lot of experience with house/pet sitting so your pets will be taken care of as well! I have my own transportation, and always strive to be early if not on time. if you are looking for other help, besides child or pet care, I am willing to help out with any transportation needs or light housekeeping! (i always pick up after myself and try to keep the house tidy!) also, any odd jobs that you may need help with, I am more than happy to do that as well!
