I am very responsible and always make sure the kids that I babysit are treated with respect and dignity. I follow and respect the rules of the household and the parents. I am homeschooled so I am very flexible with time throughout the week. I am 17 years old and have been babysitting for quite awhile. I have three younger sisters, 3 younger cousins, and have helped quite a bit with child care at my church, so I have had a lot of experience with all ages.
