My name is tiffany. I’m 27 years old. i’ve been working as a activity assistant with seniors at nursing homes for years. I’m looking into changing my occupation. I loved working with kids in the past so I’m looking into doing this type of work again. I took 2 years of child care development classes in highschool. I went to a vocational classes for the day and worked with kids between 3-6 years old 2-3 hours out of the day. I loved working with little kids. here are a few of the things we did there with the kids: arts and crafts, read them books as well as teaching them how to read, taught them how to count, identify shapes, sing along hour with children songs, served the kids snacks, recess etc. it was very fulfilling to know your helping in teaching these children the things they need to know before they start school.
