You guys need to each post, and then in your ad put that you work as a team to provide an extra level of care, so you enjoy working for multiple-child families. make sure you also note that your rate covers both of you. and make your rate sliding, like $7 for the first 2 kids and $1.50 each additional child. this is very common. and feel free to negotiate with people, like if the kids go to bed at 8 but you are there til 2, and they ask if you would accept your base rate during sleep time, that might be okay. or offer them light housekeeping and keep the higher rate. able to work 5:30-10:30 pm on weekdays and 10 am – 11pm on weekends.
