My mother always had a babysitting service at our house to make sure that she could be with us and earn a living. at around age 10 I began to help her and enjoyed very much helping out. she showed me how to be responsible and most importantly know how to care for others. I performed various duties including cooking, serving and feeding meals to the children, bathing and dressing the children, and assisting them with daily activities. often did the laundry and tidied the children’s room. took the children out for walks. played games with them. to make sure they were safe, kept a watchful eye while they were entertaining themselves.
