As a mother of 2 and business woman I have found it extremely difficult to excel in a career while exceeding expectations as a parent. I chose to be an excellent mother and caregiver over a striving career. I also have experience in child care (almost 10 years) at the Kings Daughters Child Care Center. I am currently a Manager for adults with intellectual disabilities. I love my job however, it pulls me away from my children many hours a week and I am seeking something closer to 40 hours weekly. Our children are our future and need love, care and guidance.
