I love spending time with kids in varying capacities. I have worked in schools since high school- as a tutor, counselor, teacher, aide, and coach- in elementary through high schools. My teaching certifications are in Special Education, K-12, and middle school math. I love the creativity involved in teaching and hope to bring that into nannying. My favorite past times include spending time with my niece (3yo) and nephew (8mo) as well as my two dogs. I am enthusiastic and fun, but firm, and my philosophy is to develop children socially, emotionally, and academically for them to be well rounded and capable in all aspects of life. I am physically active and enjoy continually learning, so I try to pass that on to the kids I interact with.
