Melanie is incredible. She's great with my kids (3 under 4 years old - not easy!), really knowledgable, super organized, punctual, and easy to get along with. She's a parent too, so she knows what another parent needs in a nanny. She's quickly become an important asset to my family. Her experience, calm, and friendly attitude is a great match for us. Melanie was a permanent nanny for my family for three years and began with us when my first born was six weeks old. She is a wonderful caregiver with many years of experience, she knows a great deal about children and was a wonderful teacher to both me and my children. Melanie keeps the kids and the home very tidy (and great at keeping things disinfected!). As my family quickly grew, I was in need of more days and hours that she was available to give. However, she still nanny's for us on occasion and we all miss her greatly. O'yes, in three years, she was late to work one time... amazing and very professional.
