I have been a nanny for 21 years. I love children I believe this is the beginning of life for our future generations . As a nanny am there at that beginning point. The skills that I teach my little ones Prepare them for the world ahead. You never know you can have the future President. So being a Nanny wasn’t a choice it’s what I was made to do. There is no better job out there. Who does not love to care and love a child and every child and family comes into your life leaves an impression. I love my families that I am still in contact with them. We continue to grow. And when it’s time to move on it’s sad but I get to start all over again. It is definitely the best job in the world. I am a great asset for a family because Read more I am sure to have parents rules followerd I communicate with parents not only on the daily activities but teaching kids and making sure parents are aware of everything. Communication and respect on both sides create a great working environment and I am a very scheduled person. I love developing a routine so and keeping family happy is the key to a success home, In my years of being a Nanny I have had one experience where my little boy had to be taken to the emergency he ran into a door frame. I called 911 informed them what was going on I called parents and when they did not answer I did not leave a message like that for them . When Dad called I told him and mom came to the Hospital.. knowing the family is the key to how you handle critical situations my little boy mom if I had left a voicemail like that she would of gotten a heart attack . No kidding. She was good and I proceed to go through the whole process of getting him stitched while she waited outside because she could not see this so knowing people and sensing there anxiety of what can be tolerated is always a plus .
