I have been watching kids for several years now. When I was 14 years old I started working at the action camp in the summer across the street from my house I was a camp counselor for 15-20 young kids at a time. I did that every summer for 4 years. I stopped this job because I than started babysitting a girl who was 9 months old every summer until she was 4 years old. The reason I stopped was because they no longer continued to vacation here in the summers. Prior to these two babysitting jobs I have twin sisters who are going to be 18 this summer. They were born when I was 10 years old we are 10 years apart. I became an instant babysitter when they were born. I started changing diapers and giving them bottles when I was 10 years old. They are one of Read more the huge reasons why I love kids so much and I enjoy babysitting and caring for kids. Although we are 10 years apart we are close and always have been. I would say ever since they were old enough to walk and talk that's when it started and throughout the years our bond has become even closer. I am very proud of the young women they have become and they say if it weren't for me being around and caring for them as much as I did that they wouldn't be this way. I am going to be 28 in a couple of months and I can't wait to have kids of my own someday but I am in no rush and for now I truly enjoy babysitting and caring for kids! I hope to find a family who I can work for and become close with their kids and hopefully touch their lives in a special way as well.
