Meet Dayna

Childcare: For the past 13 years, I've been a professional Nanny. Since 2004 I've had the pleasure of working for wonderful families through Premier Nannies and ABC Nannies in Denver, CO. I've cared for children ages Newborn-6years of age. I do prefer newborns since they require so much nurture, love and care. What I'll bring to your home: I have a genuine love for children that encourages them to flourish in all areas of their development. My entire focus is to assist a family in the growth of a happy and healthy child. I have a great deal of knowledge and experience when it comes to the developmental milestones. For example, a newborn will usually start rolling over at 3-4 months of age. I've done floor exercises such as tummy time to strengthen their neck muscles, practiced rolling over from side to side. I believe singing and reading to infants/children Read more are important. As an infant grows I've always been structured with a daily routine of outings, eating and napping. I believe children find comfort in routine schedules. I've always had a good rapport with all of my previous families. I believe that communication is key and that has contributed to a successful working relationship. Even though I have years of experience I'm always willing to follow direct instructions from parents regarding their child/children. I will show love, integrity, support, structure and most of all peace of mind to a family's home environment.
