Hello! My name is Alex, and I have been working with children in some way for as long as I can remember! As the eldest child, I have almost always held some responsibility in helping care for my younger siblings. I believe this transitioned into my interest in early childhood. I volunteered in my church's childcare classrooms in my early teens, took a vocational class in high school, and I went on to get a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a teaching license about year ago. After college, I obtained a job as a lead teacher for one-year-olds in a daycare. However, I feel it's time for me to broaden my experiences even further and spend some time doing something more focused while still being able to do what I love!
