I have over 7 years of experience working as baby sitter, nanny and tutor. Recently, I have been happily working for 3 years with the same family as a nanny. They have two girls ages 6 and 10. I feel we have become part of each other's lives. Sadly, they are moving out of state at the end of June. I have worked as an after school tutor since 2008 both privately and with A+ Tutoring for 2 of those years. Since 2012, I have worked with four other families as a nanny. I continue to work for a family, whose children I used to nanny, doing light cleaning around their house. Their children are grown, one son is in high school and the other son is away to college but I still have a connection to the family. Generally my duties included picking up the children after school, taking Read more them to after-school activities, Dr. appointments, swimming and dance lessons, and providing homework assistance. As time allowed I would do light cleaning tasks such as emptying dishwasher, easy meal prep, laundry, wiping kitchen counters. I also dog walked, did cat sitting and house sitting. Together the kids and I enjoyed playing board games, doing lots of arts and crafts, going to playgrounds. Also, I watched them ride their scooters and bikes while making sure they stayed on their block. I am a non smoker, own a reliable car, have an excellent driving record and enjoy pets.
