I am a semi-retired ER, hospital and home care provider ( infants, children and adults) with 20 plus years of employment in the medical field. Prior to that, I was an nationally certified addiction specialist and worked in the addiction treatment field for 23 years. The past 2 1/2 months I have spent caring for a niece's newborn with a genetic disorder (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) in Ohio. My husband is very supportive of helping me fulfilling my new career goal. To this end, I am currently seeking to work with families and children in a home environment.
