Hello, I'm Sam! I am an elementary teacher from Portland, OR, and recently relocated to the LA area. In addition to a Master's in Education and teaching background, I have ample training and experience with nannying/babysitting/tutoring children of various ages, from newborn to 12 years old. I have a genuine love for working with children and hope to continue doing so in a new city! I would like to connect with a family who needs a nanny 2-4 days/week, as this will allow me to substitute teach occasionally. As a teacher, I would be happy to double as a tutor for your child/children. I have several years of private tutoring experience and I feel confident in my abilities to plan engaging and meaningful lessons in any discipline. I have worked with children who have specific learning disabilities, talented and gifted students, and English language learners. Please feel free to reach Read more out. I'm excited to get to know you and your family!
