My name is Amanda, but I prefer to be called Bella. I am 32 and have about 15 years of child care experience. I love kids, but do not have my own. I'm a firm believer that consistency is key with kids. If they know their boundaries, and that those boundaries aren't going to budge, they rarely try to test them further. I have a culinary arts degree, so preparing meals can be easily accomplished. I currently am the Sunday School teacher for Bethany UMC on 57th and Park Ave, so I am used to caring for multiple children at a time, and I am trained in CPR, but not current on my certification. However, I could be if needed. I also volunteer at Bounty Food Bank in the basement of the same location, so I try my best to be patient with people, and I have my own transportation.
