I was an assistant at a local day care back in my home town from the age of 14-18. I am CPR certified and have completed necessary hours to be considered a part-time assistant. I also volunteered at my local church for children’s programs one day a weeks for 3 years and was a vacation bible school teacher for 4 summers. All of this experience has helped me learn how to be an adequate caretaker for children and the many tasks that come with caring for them.
