I'm a grandmother, mother of two wonderful daughters who have become successful by their own efforts. I'm proud of my daughters and do take some responsibility for the loving, caring adults they've become. I believe that each child is an individual and should be given the opportunity to grow in that individuality with loving guidance. You are the parent and I will support your efforts with respect although I am a bit old fashioned in that I believe that parents are just that, parents and not their child's friend. Children need guidance as they don't have the ability to make the bigger decisions about what's best for them. Punctuality is a pet peeve of mine so I will provide that to you and expect it from you. That being said, I am flexible and understand there are times when being flexible is necessary although won't tolerate abuse of my time, Read more nor will I do that to you. Can't say I'm an excellent cook but sure can prepare simple meals and am more than happy to pick up around the house so you don't have a big mess to deal with when you get home from work. I am happy to watch a few children at a time.
